For Wichita-area custom home builders

Bring the pool into the plan from the beginning. Let’s discuss a custom gunite pool that complements your home’s architecture, your client’s vision, and the way the whole property comes together.

Review access, proposed elevations, drainage, utility routes, and equipment placement with the project team before those decisions are finalized

Edwards Pool Construction understands timeliness and communication.  We are on time with our work.  No excuses.  We will meet or exceed your deadlines. Our goal is to make our homebuilders look strong by us performing on time.

The view from the living room. The transition from patio to water. The space for entertaining. A thoughtfully planned pool helps connect the home to the way your clients want to live outdoors.

Edwards builds custom gunite pools with options for spas, water features, tile, coping, and decking. Bring us into the discussion while the plans are taking shape, so the pool can be considered alongside the rest of the property.

Discuss pool work alongside patios, fencing, landscaping, and other trades. Clarify scope boundaries, responsibilities, and scheduling expectations.

Review design direction, site considerations, investment expectations, and timing. Identify what needs further review before a proposal.

Discuss pool geometry, sightlines, materials, and outdoor living connections in the context of the home’s architecture and your client’s priorities.

Share the project and your client’s vision. Let’s talk about how a custom Edwards pool could fit into your next home build.
